Overpressure phenomenon of hot water boiler

(1) The steam pressure rises sharply, exceeding the allowable working pressure, and the pressure gauge pointer exceeds. After taking action, the pressure on the red line security valve continues to rise.

(2) An overpressure alarm signal is issued, and the operation of the overpressure interlock protection device causes the boiler to stop supplying gas, coal, and air.

(3) The steam temperature increases and the steam flow rate decreases.

Two reasons for overpressure in electric hot water boilers

(1) The steam unit suddenly stopped using steam, resulting in a sharp increase in steam pressure.

(2) After reducing the load, the furnace personnel did not monitor the pressure gauge and did not reduce the combustion.

(3) Security valve malfunction; The valve core is stuck to the valve seat and cannot be opened; The security valve is connected to the blind plate at the entrance. The exhaust capacity of the security valve is insufficient.

(4) The pressure gauge tube is blocked and frozen; The pressure gauge fails after exceeding the calibration period; The pressure gauge is damaged, the pointer indicates incorrect pressure, and the true pressure of the boiler is not reflected.

(5) Overpressure alarm failed, overpressure interlock protection device malfunction.

(6) If a boiler is used for pressure reduction, the diameter of the safety valve is not changed accordingly (the diameter of the safety valve should be increased when using a boiler for pressure reduction), the exhaust volume of the safety valve is insufficient, and the steam pressure is low. Uncontrolled. Pressure.
